Job ID: 3030 Position Description: Review incoming warranty claims, verify validity and process within approved limits. Work with other departments within Crane Care to improve product quality, reduce warranty expense and maximize vendor recovery. Authorize return of parts and participate in the inspection to verify validity of the claim. Prepare secondary warranty claims to vendors and follow up for closure. Review historical records to identify repetitive problems and submit recommendations for corrective action. Prepare statistical reports as requested. Review reports and historical data for repetitive issues and enter into Field Problem Database. Follow up with dealers on open issues. Assist in the administration of Product Improvement Programs to include the development of reports and the follow up with dealers and customer to insure completion with established timelines.
